Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable. Refunds on class fees will only be given if the course is cancelled or a place is not available in the course. Full payment must be made prior to commencement of the course.

Eramboo: an artist environement cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' personal circumstances that prevent attendance. No deductions or refunds are available to students who miss classes.  However, missed classes can be made up during the term classes are missed – makeup classes cannot be carried forward into the new term.  

Please check with your teacher prior to make up classes.
